Room: Semi-Private Plus room is a great compromise for those looking for a budget-friendly room, don’t mind sharing the bathroom, and want to enjoy the feeling of a private room. It is quite spacious, has a queen-size bed, living room chair, fridge, microwave, study desk, nightstand, 60" Smart TV, and a streaming device. It’s bright and provides semi-privacy and sufficient sound insulation. This room is the bigger of two adjacent bedrooms, sharing a common bathroom. The main drawback about this room is that one of the two residents needs to pass through the other's room to enter the bathroom or exit the room. That's why it is a semi-private room. However, when the door in between is closed, it provides almost full privacy, comfort, and sound insulation. Neighborhood/building: History, luxury, and central location come together at our Mansfield Residence. Located in New York's Midtown neighborhood, The Mansfield is in the city center and only a 5 -minute walk to Times Square and Grand Central Station. Town Hall and Broadway are cultural highlights and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fred F. French Building, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, and Central Park Zoo. Our residents cannot get more central, than this location. While our Mansfield Residence provides hotel amenities and luxury, there are no heavy kitchen appliances such as an oven and stove. You’ll find a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The Laundry is located on (hidden)ment level. * All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual room may slightly vary due to the layout. A virtual or in-person tour is suggested. See the sample video above "Space Video" before booking (if applicable)...
